Consider including a reminder about KiwiSaver in annual salary reviews. Existing staff can choose to opt-in at anytime and there are still many employees who have yet to join KiwiSaver.
Provide answers and / or clear direction to employees who ask questions about KiwiSaver. If you have an intranet, provide links to www.sorted.org.nzto help staff learn more about retirement savings and their superannuation requirements.
For employers who have chosen a preferred KiwiSaver scheme - make time for an annual review with the scheme provider and discuss employee communications.
